  • 2. Resident Delegate Registration will close on 25/04/2025.
  • 3. Non - Resident Delegate Registration will close on 10/05/2025.
  • 4. Accommodation permitted only for Accompanying Spouse/ Children/ Close Relative of Delegate.
  • 5. Pick Up and Drop for Hotel - Airport/ Railway Station transfers will be available for Resident Delegates and Accompaying persons only.
  • 6. Room Allotment at the sole discretion of organisers.
  • 7. Maximum 2 (two) children per room will be allowed.
  • 8. Hotel Check In Time: 15:00 hrs Check Out Time: 12:00 hrs.
  • 9. Early check-in & Late check-out is subject to availability as per hotel policy.

Note:
  • Registration subject to realisation of payment.
  • Delegates paying by Cheque will have to attach the Deposit Slip of applicable Delegate Fees during online registration.
  • Delegates paying by NEFT/RTGS, will have to mention UTR number of applicable Delegate Fees at time of online registration.
  • Cash payment is not acceptable.

Package Inclusions:
  • Accommodation for 3 nights: 29/05/2025, 30/05/2025, and 31/05/2025 (Check-in: 29/05/2025, Check-out: 01/06/2025)
  • Pick-up and drop-off for hotel - airport/railway station transfers are available for resident delegates and accompanying persons only, subject to receipt of the travel itinerary by 15/05/2025.
  • Lunch, cocktails, and dinner on 29/05/2025, 30/05/2025, and 31/05/2025.
  • Breakfast on 30/05/2025, 31/05/2025, and 01/06/2025.
  • Participation in inaugural and valedictory sessions (for delegates and accompanying persons).
  • Participation in business sessions (only for delegates).
  • Delegate kits (only for delegates).
  • Entertainment program in the evenings for 3 days (for delegates and accompanying persons).

Registration Cancellation Conditions:
  • Cancellations/ Communication should be made in writing to FFFAI at convention@fffai.org.

Refund Policy:
  • 100% refund for cancellations on or before 19/04/2025 (Saturday).
  • 50% refund for cancellations on or before 29/04/2025 (Tuesday).
  • No refunds for cancellations on or after 30/04/2025 (Wednesday).
  • Refunds will be processed only after the convention.
  • The decision of FFFAI will be final on all matters pertaining to registration, cancellation, and refunds.
